Social Media Strategist

Hybrid/remote - Pinedale, WY or surrounding

We are seeking a Social Media strategist to work with our Practice Management sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across various platforms. This individual should be well-versed in analytics, content creation, and community management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.

  • Manage campaigns, meeting KPIs and ROI targets.

  • Use analytics tools for performance tracking and actionable insights.

  • Create engaging content for various platforms.

  • Foster positive online communities and brand advocacy.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform innovations.

  • Identify and leverage influencer partnership opportunities.

  • Handle crises and negative feedback with professionalism.

  • Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and platform policies.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in using social media analytics tools like Google Analytics and META Insights.

  • Skilled at creating engaging multimedia content.

  • Superb project management and organizational talents, juggling multiple campaigns with ease.

  • Fantastic communication and presentation skills.

  • Known for quickly adapting to changes in social media algorithms, policies, and industry trends.


Details:
This is a hybrid-remote position with an hourly rate ranging from $16 to $20.

Work in a professional and inclusive environment that values your creativity. Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time schedule from home (10-20 hours/week) from Monday to Friday.

One day a week, we convene at our downtown Pinedale office for collaboration and connection.

Client Services Representative

Pinedale, WY - In Office w/hybrid option based on performance

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our Pinedale, WY, office.

The ideal candidate has previous experience setting appointments, enjoys helping people over the phone, and has excellent phone and email skills. 

​

Responsibilities: 

  • Efficiently schedule appointments for mental health services by engaging with individuals through various communication channels.

  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly appointment-setting goals to ensure individuals receive timely support.

  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, conveying empathy and understanding in interactions with clients.

  • Generate high-quality leads by fostering connections and implementing compassionate follow-up strategies.

  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless coordination for mental health professionals.

  • Adapt to different client needs, remaining resilient in challenging situations.

  • Receive and implement feedback to continuously improve appointment-setting strategies and enhance the client experience.

  • Develop a deep understanding of mental health services offered, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy.

  • Handle client concerns or objections with sensitivity and professionalism to facilitate a comfortable appointment-setting process.

  • Manage time efficiently to accommodate the unique needs of each client while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success as an appointment setter or receptionist.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

  • Proficiency in utilizing Google Suite and/or Office 365 products.

  • Adaptability to meet the unique needs of individuals seeking mental health services.

  • Consistent track record of high performance over an extended period, showcasing sustained success in client interactions.

  • Knowledgeable in effective appointment-setting techniques and a dedicated commitment to industry best practices.

  • Positive feedback received from past clients or colleagues within the mental health field.

  • Strong time management skills, adept at balancing the quantity and quality of client appointments.

Details:
This is in an office position in Pinedale, WY with an hourly rate rate ranging $14 to $17, part-time Monday-Friday 15-20 hours per week, flexible schedule between 8 am and 3 pm.
